DropLatam is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return or Exchange Request Period

  • Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
  • After this period, we will evaluate each case individually.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Returned products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Refund Procedure

  • Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it is in acceptable condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • In cases of defective items or shipping errors, DropLatam will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
